SGD Pharma has proudly joined the United Nations Target Gender Equality accelerator program as a gender equality participant. This means that we are now part of a global community that makes a difference in the lives of women and girls.
The Target Gender Equality accelerator program is based on the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), to appoint and refine the goals that promote gender balance, women’s leadership, and equal pay for work of equal value. It is important to adopt inclusive business models that integrate gender equality in business strategy and operations, so the program helps companies like SGD Pharma create an inclusive workplace for everyone.
Since the launch of the initiative, more than 2,000 businesses have engaged in Target Gender Equality in over 60 participating countries. SGD Pharma is thrilled to be part of this growing community.
