Optimized base design to enhance heat transfer
The vial was especially designed to improve heat transfer through the base of vial during freeze-drying process. The new design includes a flat bottom without stippling, and an optimized radius

Our lyophilized glass vials show a noticeable improvement of aesthetics quality, compared to regular molded glass vials.
High mechanical resistance
EasyLyo vials have a better wall thickness that offer physical resistance. Compared to tubular glass vials, EasyLyo glass vials are 3 to 4 times more resistant in terms of vertical load (stoppering stage) and 2 times more resistant in terms of radial load (loading/unloading stage)
