CPHI 2024 in Milan concluded on October 10th, providing the perfect opportunity for us to showcase our latest products and services. During the event, we introduced our pharma-grade siliconized molded glass vials. This siliconization process involves an internal treatment that enhances the functionality of the glass vials. The internal coating offers crucial protection for sensitive, aggressive, and viscous drug products, minimizing interaction with the packaging and preserving the integrity of the drug. This siliconization process is available for all glass types in vial sizes ranging from 3ml to 500ml, in both clear and amber glass. It is suitable for all routes of administration, including parenteral, oral, and nasal.
With the rising demand for biologics approval, new therapeutic approaches, and the development of specialty drugs, the need for ready-to-use (RTU) packaging continues to grow. To meet this demand, we presented Sterinity, our Ready-to-Use molded glass vials, now available in both Type II and Type I glass.
In terms of innovation, we have expanded our IDENCY range of Type I glass multi-dose vials. Additionally, our Ensiemo premium glass dropper bottles now come with polypropylene or polyethylene caps, providing tamper-evident and child-resistant closures (CRC).
On the tubular side, our Velocity range features an innovative external coating for tubular vials, optimizing global fill and finish operations.
Finally, to better serve our customers’ needs, we announced our new range of LabServices, which includes analytical testing for pharma and biopharma companies for both molded and tubular glass. These services will be launched in 2025.
During this event and according our values, customer interactions were a key focus. Indeed, we engaged in high-level discussions and exchanges, emphasizing the importance of responding to their daily needs. This approach ensures we can tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements and build strong, lasting relationships.
