Tubular glass range
SGD Pharma offers a full range of tubular vials and ampoules manufactured in SGD Pharma India. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art converting machines and has acquired the knowledge to reach international standards and world class tubular glass containers.
New Type I molded glass plant
SGD Pharma built a new Type I molded glass plant in France in less than 18 months. It is now fully operational since February. The site benefits from a state of the art equipment, on-line inspection lines in clean rooms and experiences staff. This brand new facility can address the specific and very high requirements of the pharmaceutical industry with an outage daily capacity of 1 million bottles.
EZ-fill sterile molded vials
In 2016, SGD Pharma joins the platform to offer sterile and dehydrogenated high quality molded vials. SGD Pharma will be the first molded glass supplier to offer RTU vials.
