Our Business Values define the way we conduct business responsibly across our organization. Building on our 2024 risk mapping analysis, we’ve developed targeted mitigation measures tailored to each site and function, aligned with our goal to achieve ISO 37001 certification for our anti-corruption management system.

🎓 Training is the cornerstone of our integrity culture. In 2025, 93% of at-risk office-based employees in France, Germany, China and India, completed ethics training, and 57% of production site-based employees took part in whistleblowing training. We target 100% in 2026.

🔒 Our whistleblowing procedure provides a secure channel for employees and relevant third parties across the value chain to report suspected violations or misconduct. 13 whistleblowing reports were received in 2025.

💻 Information security is a key priority. 90% of at-risk employees completed information security training in 2025. Beyond this, we maintain a strong culture of vigilance, with regular updates on emerging threats and recommended actions to keep awareness high. In 2025, we signed the Sustainable IT Charter, reinforcing our commitment to a responsible and sustainable approach to digital infrastructure.
