Frederic joined SGD Pharma in 1999. He held various positions in the sales team of North America (New York), Europe (Paris), Asia (Guangzhou) and India (Hyderabad-Vemula).

In 2013, he was part of the team managing the integration of Cogent Glass (now SGD Pharma India) as General Manager of the entity. Once the commercial and technical ramp-ups of SGD Pharma India were on the right track and with a strong team in place led by Akshay Singh, he returned to SGD Asia Pacific as General Manager.

Since 2017 he has participated with his teams in China to the turnaround of the commercial, industrial and profitability of SGD Pharma Asia Pacific, transforming it into the quality leader for molded Pharma and Beauty & Personal care in Asia.
